How it works
One shared workspace across the school year.
The plan, the receipts, the events, and the handoff live in the same place, so nothing depends on one volunteer's inbox.
Three phases, one system of record
1. Set up your board
Create your organization, add officers, pick a fiscal-year schedule that fits your calendar.
2. Plan and track
Set the budget, log events, capture reimbursements with receipts, and see variance as it happens.
3. Close and hand off
Close the fiscal year, print the board binder, and welcome the next slate with real institutional memory.
Roles decide what people see and do
Access is scoped by organization role, so volunteers see what they need and financial actions stay with the people responsible for them.
President
Sees the whole board's work, coordinates roles, and drives the annual handoff.
Treasurer
Owns the budget, reconciles transactions, approves and pays reimbursements.
Board members
Contribute to plans, events, minutes, and votes with role-scoped visibility.
Staff and volunteers
Submit reimbursements, sign up for tasks, and see what's expected of them.
A real board handoff, not a scavenger hunt
Board Ripple assembles a printable binder for the incoming slate: officers, playbooks, procedures, key contacts, recent minutes and votes, and the past year's budget and event history. The next Treasurer isn't starting from zero.
- Printable binder for the incoming board
- Playbooks and event recaps stay with the organization
- Fiscal-year close is a controlled transition, not a forwarded email
Trust and security, plainly stated
Every user belongs to an organization. Roles decide what they can see and do. Sensitive financial transitions run server-side with an audit record. Board Ripple does not claim certifications it hasn't earned.
