Acceptable use

Use Board Ripple only for lawful, in-scope operations of your PTA, PTO, or booster club. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the service to harass others.

Account and organization responsibility

Organization administrators are responsible for who joins the organization, the roles those members receive, and the accuracy of the data entered. Users are responsible for the security of their own credentials.

Data accuracy and backups

Board Ripple does not replace your official books of record. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of critical financial data appropriate to your organization's needs.

Not legal, tax, accounting, or banking advice

Board Ripple is software. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, banking, or fiduciary advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that require professional judgment.

Availability

Board Ripple is a software service that may be modified, updated, or paused for maintenance. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

User content

You retain your organization's content. You grant Board Ripple only the rights necessary to store and display that content to your organization inside the product.

Suspension and termination

Accounts and organizations may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or applicable law. You may end use of the product at any time and request deletion via hello@boardripple.com.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Board Ripple is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties. Board Ripple's aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to fees paid, if any. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Commercial terms

Paid plans, if any, and any related commercial terms are handled separately in the applicable order or subscription agreement.
